About Mina
I discovered yoga while I was in between jobs in Amsterdam. I joined a hot yoga school close to my house. I started with two days a week but within six months I was a daily student. I liked both physical and mental aspects of yoga.
I saw an enormous change in my body, mind and life style. After each class I was more determined to continue my practice and to encourage others to do the same So I became certified in teaching Bikram yoga, Aerial, Vinyasa flow, Yin and Pregnancy yoga.
Yoga has changed my life in a positive way I want to do the same for others by introducing yoga and try and make it as fun and as accessible as I can.
For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility. So my classes combine both strength and mobility in a dynamic Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to breathe, move, sweat, and smile.
